
About Master Farid Hussain
Master Farid Hussain was born in 1979 in Lahore, Pakistan. He is the founder and president of PTF, a federation that promotes the cause of TO’A (martial art).
PTA stands for “Pakistan Toa Association”. It is a sports (Martial Arts) organization established under the title Toa Foundation of Pakistan in 2004 in Lahore, Pakistan. Master Farid Hussain is its founder and President who promoted TOA style and changed the name of the Foundation to “Pakistan Toa Association” in 2008. Now he has been working under the name of Pakistan Toa Federation since 2020, and promoting this style in the different provinces of Pakistan.
He has been learning and instructing Martial Arts skills for more than two decades. From 2011 to 2013 he attended (as President of PTF), different Martial Arts Championships, Seminars, Camps & Meetings held in Singapore, UAE, Sri Lanka, South America (Chile), Iran, and Thailand.
President of “Body & Mind Training Institute” (Canada), Honourable Master Mostafa Jalilzadeh has nominated him as the sole representative of TO’A in Pakistan.
Mohammad F. Tehrani, President of WTF (World To’a Federation, Denmark) has also nominated him as the official representative of TO’A in Pakistan.
Vision
As a federation, we are dedicated to embedding martial arts into the core of education across Pakistan, transforming it into a compulsory subject in schools. Our purpose is to inspire and empower every individual, fostering physical and mental well-being, while instilling the vital skill of self-defense, by equipping each person with the ability to protect themselves when needed, we aim to build a strong, resilient, and peaceful society that thrive on discipline and unity.
Mission
Our purpose is to teach the positive elements of Martial Arts with emphasis on respect, honesty, integrity and discipline both inside and outside the Institute environment. To provide a level playing field for all athletes, all over the Pakistan, regardless of style, association or demographics and to bridge differences and build lifelong friendships as well as provide district-to-national and international programs where athletes can showcase their talents.
